In addition to continually growing his portfolio, John helps foster the development of the younger members of our sales team.</p>

Scott maintains the southern portion of our region west into St. Louis and has a wonderful propensity for forging long term relationships with customers.  He has a proven record to continually expand the business in the face of continual change.</p>

				<h3>Jim Gacek, Regional Manager</h3>
				<p>A twenty year veteran in the specialty chemical industry which includes a proven sales and sales management track record with Degussa Corporation (Evonik) and Buckman Laboratories, Inc., Jim leads a sales team of four account managers in our Western region based in Chicago.  With a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry, Jim contributes a technical focus to our Leadership team, with a proclivity for coatings additives.  He is actively involved with several trade associations, including Past President of the WPCA, and maintains several key accounts.</p>

				<p>A recent college graduate, Troy is one of the newest members of our team. He brings a youthful exuberance to our sales force and is focusing on expanding our customer and market base through his role in Business Development.  With a background in marketing, Troy is also working to increase our advertising and promotional efforts through a strategic focus on social media, print and internet based advertising.</p>

				<p>After a distinguished career with Degussa Corporation (Evonik) and Peninsula Polymers, Todd has joined our team as Resin Product Manager and Account Manager.  Todd is focused on driving the growth of our Resin portfolio throughout our territory, working closely with our staff and principal partners.  Based in Western Pennsylvania, Todd maintains account responsibility for strategic customers.</p>

He also acts as the Product Manager of our Packaging business, overseeing all aspects of this portfolio.  Extremely successful throughout his tenure with Maroon, Danny works diligently to expand our customer base and develop new business.</p>

He brings a high level of market knowledge and formulation expertise that has allowed us to capitalize on his strengths.  Tony has a polished sales style and is a great addition to our staff.</p>

				<p>In addition to his role as our headquarter territory Sales Manager, Mark is a catalyst for growth throughout our organization.  Working closely with several principals, Mark spearheads the acquisition, development and commercialization of new revenue streams.  With more than two decades of experience at Maroon Incorporated, Mark has a penchant for identifying customer’s needs and providing solutions.  Mark maintains account responsibility with several national clients.</p>

With more than 15 years experience in specialty chemical manufacturing and distribution, with a concentration in pigments, Mike works closely with our principal partners to ensure the successful branding of our company and market share expansion.</p>

His extensive manufacturing background provides Steve with an uncanny ability to analyze processes and bring value to our customers.  Steve is responsible for accounts in Ohio, NE Indiana and part of Michigan.</p>

He handles several multinational customers and is actively involved in trade associations including his role as Past President of the CSCT.</p>

In addition, Mark maintains responsibility for several strategic customers and plays an integral role with principal partnerships.  As former Chairman of the Ohio Paint Council and President of the CPCA, he’s committed to the development of our industries and fosters relationships with our community.</p>
